Viper no viping, viper no viping, viper no viping!

This is an attempt to eliminate the Tongue Pull/Grab and Bind/Coil abilities from the Viper’s moveset by making a simple ini change to reduce the viable range of these abilities to essentially 0 tiles. This means that the Grab and Bind abilities do not have the range to be used, thus the Viper avoids attempting these abilities, in effect removing Grab and Bind from the game.

The ability to pull a unit from a great distance from any level of cover and instantly transition into a stun lock of infinite duration and extreme damage over time to many a seasoned Commander is a frustratingly broken attack, not a challenging thought-provoking risk-taking tactical conundrum but rather an unblockable move that takes tactical options away. Introduce other elements such as increased enemy numbers and/or smaller XCOM soldier squads and missions can be quickly ended in a flurry of grabs, which isn’t usually very fun or interesting. Since the Viper still has other unique abilities such as the poison spit along with high dodge and mobility, the Viper remains a capable unit that now falls more in line with the rest of ADVENT. This is rather a bandaid approach option for those who dislike the Viper bind until someone of proper skill ports the mod from vanilla that disables Viper grabs from high cover.

I have not tested this for vanilla XCOM 2, but theoretically it should work fine with or without the WOTC expansion.
This mod should be compatible with anything, as it is only a basic ini edit.
