Portal Gun
The Portal Gun is an active item which when used shoots out a portal, you can use the item twice in a row and create 2 portals that will teleport yourself and most entities that enter it.
The portals form on whatever solid object you are aiming at when you use the item, portals can spawn on walls or on rocks/poops/skulls/pots and they can teleport you between different rooms.
Enemies aren’t really smart enough to use them but if they do wander into one accidentally they will be teleported through it.
It won’t teleport knives or orbital followers since they glitch, it can’t extend lasers unless both portals are in the same room, and it won’t teleport bosses.
