Features 4 different unique custom challenges, as listed below:
– Eye See You – Use an array of eye familiars to beat mom. No treasure rooms, shops or dice rooms.
– Pincushion – Use a very fast knife shockwave to beat mom’s heart. No treasure rooms or dice rooms.
– Manic Pinball – Use many small rubber Pop shots to kill Satan on Hard. No treasure rooms or dice rooms.
– Nailstorm – Use high range nails with continuum to kill Mega Satan through the Chest on Hard. No treasure rooms, shops or dice rooms.
