HIP-Rise to Power Compatibility Patch
This mod is meant to make Historical Immersion Project( https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/historical-immersion-project-download-faq.748775/ ) and Rise to Power( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1905098302 ) compatible with each other, I didn’t make any of the two mods i just made the patch.
At conflicting values(income for titles ect.) HIP takes precedence.
I didn’t mess with the graphics so some portrait borders might look different but it shouldn’t affect gameplay.
This mod might be unstable but i will try to update it in the future so please report any and all issues that you encounter.
