(Workaround) Rulers spawn in LW2 + clone rulers [WIP]
YOU NEED "Escaped Rulers Fully Regen" for this to work
does you LW2 campaign does not spawn Rulers?
Well this mod tries to fix that.
This mod inserts a roll chance that a ruler will replace a pod leader, using PostEncounterCreation() function, so i think you need to load this mod after LW2 so that it will be the last to touch the pod composition.
This mod also adds CLONE RULERS :OOOOOOOOOOOOO, meaning that they will always come back to haunt you, with alll their green health and ruler original reaction glory!
the base chance to a ruler appear in a mission is 10%, for two rulers is 5% and for three is 1%.
All this values can be changed at XComRulersSpawnWithLW2.ini
oh and rulers can show up in any mission :C nightmare fuel
Since rulers are now more frequent and cloned, i decide to reduce their health by 50%, but you can change that in workshop/268500/1519090712/config/XComGameData_CharacterStats.ini
Now it works on ongoing campaigns but for some reason the alien ruler pop up appear 😐 im bad at this
