Improved Population Output

Do you also think there is too much money and manpower in the game?
In the games I’ve played once a I get past a certain point I never really have to think about money or manpower at all. Thus, the intention of this mod is to bring the output of pops down to a more satisfying level. Manpower and money will be more scarce and you will have to actively work to increase them and feel rewarded when doing so succesfully. Pair with my other mods for best effect.
– Citizens give a little more research, since you will want more slaves and freemen now
– Freemen give a lot less manpower but a little tax, you (and the AI) won’t reach ridiculous amounts of manpower when you start expanding anymore
– Slaves give less tax
– Tribesmen give a little less manpower and tax
– Fort maintenance reduced slightly while land and mercenary maintenance increased slightly
– Generals pay less out of own pocket for loyal troops, you will now no longer halve your army maintenance by making armies loyal
– You will now have a manpower recovery penalty while in an offensive war but a bonus when at peace. Defensive war gives no bonus or penalty. You will need a period of peace to recover your manpower after wars.

Freemen manpower 0.01 -> 0.005
Freemen tax 0.003 added
Tribesmen tax 0.015 -> 0.013
Tribesmen manpower 0.005 -> 0.003
Slaves tax 0.035 -> 0.03
Fort maintenance 0.5 -> 0.4
Land maintenance factor 0.5 -> 0.55
Mercenary maintenance 1.25 -> 1.35
Loyal troops maintenace factor 0.5 -> 0.35
Manpower recovery speed when in an offensive war -10% added
Manpower recovery speed when at peace +10% added
These values haven’t been thoroughly balance tested so please leave some feedback on how it plays and can be improved and leave a like if you enjoy it!
