Description:

This mod brings to the game:

Lockpicking:

A new mechanic, attached to the Lightfoot perk; Invisioned to function as a silent way to enter buildings and houses. Won’t work on locked rooms already indoors / pin-code black doors.

  • You will need to use a Bobby Pin [imgbb.com], and a Screwdriver to pick a lock. You can find it as loot or craft your own Bobby Pin from one Paperclip, or Wire.
  • Panic, and having your hands hurt will make it harder / slower. At bad conditions or low Lightfoot lvl, you have the chance to break the Bobby Pin – but still opening the door – and by failing, you will have the Bobby Pin stuck inside the lock – making it further attempts to lockpick impossible;
  • A new trait, Nimble Fingers: gives the player a better chance of sucessfully picking a lock and makes the action faster. Players with this trait starts the game with two Bobby Pins in the inventory.

    This trait is Default on the Burglar profession, and will cost 3 points for other professions;
  • The abilty to break Door locks and Window locks using a Crowbar:
    The player has better chances on both actions depending if they have "Nimble Fingers" / on their other traits / and strength. Sucessfully breaking a Door lock will produce a noise, and a even louder noise if the task is failed. On Windows, sucessfully breaking the lock will stuck the window permanently opened, and failing it you will crash the glass;
  • For non-Burglars, "Lockpicking / Create Bobby Pin" and "Breaking Locks" will be avaible to the player after you find and read the new "The Burglar Magazines" vol.1 and vol.2 respectively.

  • Tweaked the trait, making it reading books even faster, also while walking. (but not running.)
  • Fixed being able to pick this trait and also "Illiterate" / "Slow Reader" / "Fast Reader".

Forageables and Trapping

•"Wilhelm’s Wilderness Improvements";

  • I’ve rebalanced the traits, the food recipes, the hunger values and removed the bow and arrow all together (it was insanely overpowered unfortunetely);
  • Added new spawn locations for his items and tweaked the chances;
  • Added a new recipe, "Make Mouse Trap", from 1x Plank, 1x Wire, and 2x Nails;
  • Players who choose the "Parkranger" profession, will start with all Trap recipes learned;
  • The vanilla "The Hunting Magazine" vol.1 will now also teaches the "Make Mouse Trap" recipe;
  • Made it possible to pickle the meats and vegetables provided from this mod.

Dairies and Updated vanilla Recipes

• "Craftable Dairy Foods";

  • It has now two magazines: "The Dairy Magazine" vol.1 [imgbb.com] and vol.2 [imgbb.com], that teaches how to Prepare and Make Cheese / Prepare and Make Yogurt respectively;
  • Fixed some bugs, added new item spawn locations and chances;
  • Tweaked the recipes cooking times, and also making it possible to use the original vanilla Milk to craft this mod’s recipes and vice-versa;
  • Players who choose the "Chef" profession or the "Cook" trait, will start with all those recipes already learned.

Jarring Meats

• "Bottling of Meat MOD";

  • Fixed all recipes;
  • Made it possible Salmon to be Jarred (pickled) aswell;
  • Tweaked the aging process of the jarred meats.(It was unrealistic.)
