"Pay to sin + permanent luck down per pickup"
The Indulgence Penny trinket changes Devil Deals to cost money instead of red hearts. Buying a Devil Deal *does not* give you Deal with the Devil precedence. Supports Steam Sale as well as Judas’ Tongue. Dropping the trinket works as expected.
To balance the item I added a -0.1 luck modifier that stacks EVERY time you pickup Indulgence Penny. Pickupdrop five times? That’s a -0.5 luck down. The luck down persists even if you completely drop the trinket. Mom’s Box reduces the luck down amount by half.
