Baltic Coast Islands
This map represents the terrain of the forested baltic islands off the coast of Estonia and Finland.
The extremely flat pine forests of the Baltic states meets the rocky coast of the shallow seas. This area is extremely poor in mineral resources, but the flat landscape makes for easy construction and agriculture. Your state borders the Latvian and Russian SSRs, and also maintains trading ports with the non-soviet nations of Finland and Sweden. Trade will be essential to your development, as the poor shale oil and iron sand deposits will take a great effort to develop.
