More Cargo Demand as City Grows 2
IMPORTANT: incompatable with any mod that modifies townbuildingutil.lua.
2nd Version that is a higher threshold version of my other Cargo Demand as City Grows mod. Use this version if you feel the first version unlocks additional cargos to early.
At 32 and 64 capacity industrial buildings a new cargo will appear. At 24 and 48 capacity commercial buildings a new cargo demand will appear.
