Description:

Removes all cost limits from Ruler Designer.
Obviously requires the Ruler Designer DLC to work.

Uses the dedicated defines folder to modify the ruler designer values, but also overwrites the trait files, since some traits have "hardcoded" prices.
So it won’t be compatible with mods that changes the traits, but it’ll work with CK2 till they eventually add more traits again.

Removing the "hardcoded" prices is a simple process, where you only need to find every trait containing the "ruler_designer_cost" reference and either remove it or change it to 0.
