Description:

This is a mod that gives Isaac a leveling system, where you get XP based off the max HP of an enemy. Each time you level up, you have a choice of 4 stats(Damage, Shot Speed, Speed, and Luck) to upgrade. You’ll also be fully healed!

When you are selecting stats, B chooses a stat, while V and N rotate the wheel.

You will not level up or see the stat selections when you are in a room with enemies.

When you start out a run, you’ll notice your stats are lower than normal. This is normal, you’re debuffed at the start so that you don’t become OP too fast. Of course, this mod isn’t exactly balanced, I’ll try and use feedback from you guys to balance it.
