AI Forged Bloodlines
This small mod allows AI rulers to use the Forge Bloodline ambition. It is not Ironman/Achievement compatible.
There’s a fairly well-known line of script in Holy Fury that prohibits AI courtiers from taking this ambition and other modders have published fixes that correct it. However, even when allowed to set Forge Bloodline as an objective, AI rulers hardly ever get up to 5000 Prestige so fixing that line alone does very little. In addition, overwriting the vanilla file can cause compatibility problems with other mods.
This mod is purely additive and doesn’t change any vanilla files. It should be compatible with almost any mod that still uses the Forge Bloodline ambition. I’ve set the requirement for Forge Bloodline to 2000 Prestige for the AI, because this is a level that AI rulers achieve fairly frequently, and given AI rulers bonuses towards completing goals that suit their skills and traits.
