AI City Shop/App.Block

This building-block was made for Kan-Gaming!
It is complete empty, no doors ,technics or other stuff.

Placing on the ground is possible. Spawning take a few seconds, also welding.
At my PC i have 140-150 FPS on Ground or/and welded.

This Block includes:
-many differemt Appartements
-a Cash Bankwith 2ATM´s
-a Jeweler
-a Baker
-a Vegetable-Shop
-The Green Goblin Restaurant
-a mini Hotel
-a Gost-house
-and an Parking-Area with a Tunnel for a walkthru

At the Parking-area is a ledder, stand in front the ledder and you will see
a hole with a dark spot. This is a chair to go inside or on the roof.
