Description:

The File Compression adds one new type of software that can be developed for both computers and mobile devices. The software add-on includes 20+ new features, 1 new education type and a new item to research.

Everything currently appears to be balanced, if you see anything that doesn’t appear to be balanced or functioning properly please inform me so that I can fix the issue.
