Realistic Armoured Rags
This makes the Armoured Rags more realistic:
SKILLS:
Defence bonus: -2 from -5
ranged: 1 from 0.8
Stealth: 1.05 from 1 (colored rags)
COVERAGE:
Both arms: 100% from 90%
Chest 100% from 90%
