Changes the game in such a way that higher quality items spike in price less drastically, no longer can one hotdog buy 10 suits of armor..

default game price multiplication:
normal:1x
fine:2x
excelent:3.5x
masterwork:10x

Modded version:
normal:1x
fine:2x
excelent:2.5x
masterwork:4x
