Project 1-447C-33
Soviet apartment block project 1-447C-33 (II gen. 447C). They were built all across the USSR from the late ’60 to the early ’80s.
This model was originally developed by Pashka2125 for "Cites Skylines", and has been adapted for "Soviet Republic" by me with full permission from the original author.
All credit for the 3d art goes to Pashka2125.
Update 03/02/2020: added two variants: a modernised version with slightly better quality of flats and a white tiles version (a big thank you to Indianos/Comrade Joe for providing the updated textures for the white tiles).
