Watch the martian sky and unlock various events to earn rewards with your new Martian Observatories.
Before enabling any mod, make a backup of your savegame!
New building : Martian Observatory
Costs : 20 concretes, 15 metals, 15 electronics, 8 machine parts
Maintenance : 2 electronics
Build menu : Production
Workers : 5 workers (scientists) by shift but only one shift is open (work by night)
Produce : Boost sponsor search points. The amount depends on the performance of the building
Unlocked by : the new technology Observation of the Martian sky
Unlock : Cosmic Events
Upgrade 1 : Solar Filter (building can work the day), no event appears during the day.
No work during dust storm

Range : 11 – 14

New gameplay : New events with rewards
After to have build one observatory and if it has a performance > 0, once time by night you have one chance to appears an cosmic event.
3 types of event :
– Common event give small reward (a little funding or few amount research points) (18% chance it appears)
– Rare event give big reward lot of funds or lot of research point or boost one tech field (2% chance it appears)
– Nothing, your observatories did not detect anything. (no reward, 80% chance it appears)
Small chance ? No… the performances for each observatories are added and increases the chance !
Currently there are few events : 6 commons, 5 rares
Mod available into French & English
Gameplay changes :
Upgrade : Solar filter (cost 15 electronics) allows to work during the day.
New value for the production of Sponsor Research points
– Day production : 75% (of building performance)
– Night production : 125% (of building performance)

– This mod is complex, it’s possible that there are still some bugs.
– Possible event chance change (up or down) I need more feedbacks and play longtime.
