Tinctures and Tonics
A simplistic mod that adds several new discoverable items that you can use, similar to The Blood!
When you find them and bring them home, they’ll be stored in the Hamlet so you can use them at a later date.
Requirements:
– Darkest Dungeon
– This workshop file
– That’s pretty much it, actually
This mod adds 4 new discoverable potions, but only from 1 source:
Using Laudanum on the Alchemy Table found in the Ruins.
The art is done by myself, I reused the fx from Darkest Dungeon’s base fx, but modified.
The 4 potions it currently adds are:
Energy Tonic – Restores health, but makes the blood quite vulnerable.
Quickstep Brew – It adds to your speed, but fast feet aren’t always controllable…
Sunlight’s Kiss – It removes thoughts of death and weakness of heart, but the sun burns quite strong.
Barristan’s Potion – As the name suggests, it increases protection, but at the cost of strength.
Sinew Brew – Mends wounds and flushes the blood, but keeps the blood quite thin.
More in the Future – Probably. No promises.
Exactly what each potion does:
Energy Tonic – Restores 15% max HP, applies -23% Bleed/Blight debuff
Quickstep Brew – Buffs for 2 speed, applies stumble for 3 rounds (in battle)
Sunlight’s Kiss – Removes mortality debuffs and heart attack debuffs, causes blight 2/3
Barristan’s Potion – +10% Prot, -10% Damage
Sinew Brew – Cures bleed and blight, but reduces healing received for quest by 10%.
Balance changes may occur at any time, I’m still working out balance of buffs and whatnot.

There shouldn’t be conflicts with other mods or the DLC’s, as far as I can tell. It was tested on a heavily modded file, including many popular mods.
