[CP] Get on the Boat!
Adds the Assault Boat and MRAV 660.
"Soap! Hold it steady!"

Adds the following:
– Assault Boat
– Mult-Role Auxiliary Vessel 660
Requirements:
– Modern Boats Research in Red Horse tab
What do these vehicles do?:
You can form caravans with them and travel by that beautiful ocean we used to be unable to traverse by. The MRAV 660 is armed, so far no chemfuel system or other weapon systems, while the Assault Boat is unarmed and can only hold up to 4 people.
Known Issues:
– Don’t spawn a boat in dev mode using the building tab, you have to spawn it as a "Pawn" if you’re using dev mode or else it won’t move
– Combat Extended incompatible (for now, sumghai pls)
