Steel Mill V3（The electric furnace steel mill）
半自动化电炉炼钢厂，提取地下矿床中的铁矿到仓库中，通过电炉消耗巨大的电能炼制成钢，不再直接需要煤炭作为生产原料，但还是需要工人。
一定要放置在铁矿资源区才有产出，产量取决于原料质量（机制类似于铁矿），百分之百质量时每人每天产量约为0.4吨，为原版钢厂的5倍。耗电量极大，满负荷生产约为69mw左右。也就是说，必须直接接4个及以上电厂才能保证生产。

The semi-automatic electric furnace steelmaking plant is coming.
It extracts the raw iron from the underground ore bed to the agregate warehouse. The massive electric energy consumed by the electric furnace is used to make steel. Coal is no longer directly needed as the production raw material, but workers are still needed.
IT MUST BE PLACED IN THE IRON RESOURCE AREA. The production efficiency depends on the quality of raw materials (similar as the coal mine). The production of every worker per day is about 0.4 tons of steel at 100% quality, 5 times than the original steel mill. The power consumption is unprecedentedly massive, and the max consumption is about 69mw. In other words, four or more power plants must be directly connected to ensure production.

It may not be convenient to use in some hill maps, but it can be compensated by the efficiency of production.
