North Korean Hotel of Doom

A gift from Kim, based on the Hotel Ryugyong from North Korea, Pyongyang.
But unlike the original, this one can actually be finished.
Able to house 3000 workers, extremely expensive to build, only recommended for developed republics.
The bounding box (what you click to select buildings) is broken most of the time due to the current limitation of the game engine. You can sometimes solve this by replacing the building (it’s calculated after you placed the building, so it won’t change once it works).
Day/night transition has a visual glitch but only takes few seconds.
