Description:

Adds the Albanian Civilization under both Skanderbeg and Zog I!

UA: Land of the Eagle. Gain Great General points while constructing Walls or Encampment buildings, and these buildings provide +1 Culture, +1 Housing. Cities gain +5% production per unit adjacent to their Encampment and +5% growth per unit adjacent to their City Center.

UU: Stradiot. Replaces the Knight, and costs less maintenance. Ignores movement penalties while in Hills, and gains additional combat strength while in Hills. May move after attacking, and ignores Zone of Control while on your home continent.

UB: Tekke. Replaces the Temple. Provides +1 Culture, +1 Great Writer point, and a Great Work of Writing slot. Completing Encampment projects in this city provides a burst of Culture, further increased by the number of Great Works of Writing housed in it.

Skanderbeg

LUA: League of Lezhe. Patroning a Great General awards an Envoy. Levying City-state units costs 5% less per Encampment completed, and levied units gain +5 combat strength, +10 while influenced by a Great General.

Agenda: Champion of Christ. Despises those of other religions who wage war on their neighbors. Pleased by those of his religion or those who are willing to aid in his wars against those upon his borders.

Zog I

LUA: Where They Live With Honor. Fully Loyal cities gain +10% Culture and +10% production to Speciality Districts and their Buildings, as well as an additional +5% Culture per positive happiness level of the city. These bonuses are doubled during a Golden Age.

LUU: Royal Gendarmerie. Expensive but combatively weak melee unit unlocked at Nationalism which may only be produced in the capital. Provides +3 Loyalty and +1 Amenity to cities they’re garrisoned in, +6 and +2 if the capital also has a Royal Gendarmerie garrisoned.

Agenda: The Third Skanderbeg. Will attempt to cozy up to those of other religions to legitimize his rule, especially if they share his continent. Despises militaristic civilizations who keep other governments, believing them to discount his methods.
