No Government Penalty
Removes the diplomatic penalty for having a different government.
The example pictures were done in two different games because it wouldn’t let me apply the mod in an old save game. I stuck with Autocracy (not that it mattered, he was still in Chiefdom) and you can see my government penalty modifier was removed successfully.
