Respec My Authorities
Adds a "Reset Skills" button to the "Agent Ability" screen in the armory.
1) Click the button, the agent ability window will automatically close.
2) Your soldier has a promotion available! Go back into the agent ability window.
3) Choose your new skills.
If you’re at max rank when you do this, your rank 5 ability won’t show up on the list to the right. It still shows up on the list to the left. When you exit the agent ability screen, it will reappear on the list.
Can be added mid-campaign.
