Book of the Forgotten – Disable Resolve XP Gain

This mod adds two provisions that disable gaining any Resolve XP on one hero. Non-curable so be careful on who you put it on.
Made this mod because I thought that mods that removes level restrictions without any downsides seems unfair and I can’t seem to find a way to disable XP gain on high-leveled heroes going on a low-level dungeon so I settled with just making a supply item. (This mod does not remove level restrictions, you have to install a separate mod for that).
