Changes Torque’s ‘Vicious Bite’ ability to be a free action.
When I was playing I found that I only ever used her ultimate ability once, purely just to see it. This is because there’s literally no gameplay reason to ever use it. It does the same damage, 5, as her upgraded bind but costs an action, only has a 77% chance to hit, has 3 turn cooldown, and doesn’t disable. As a free action, it’s actually a good ability; you don’t have to choose between binding and biting.
Default damage (5) and Cooldown (3) remain the same. If it feels too powerful, you can edit default ability damages and cooldowns in ‘…DocumentsMy GamesXCOM Chimera SquadXComGameConfigXComGameData_SoldierSkills.ini
