West Point Suburbs and Farm
West Point suburbs and nearby countryside.
The primary goal of the mod is to provide the player a decent spot to build a safehouse that
is not too far away from West Point urban area, while being game and lore friendly as much as possible.
It also adds a bunch of interesting places to visit and loot, like a huge apartments complex that provides lots of resources but also makes the area harder to secure, and a more safe farm south of the car workshop.
Content:
– Car factory/workshop with 8 car spawning points and plenty of room for storing loot and fornitures.
– 6 Garages
-1 Small storage cabin
– Forest / Dense Forest all around the cells with foraging enabled
– Medium sized lake in the south east portion of the cell
– A Twiggy’s style service area near the lake with a parking lot containing 2 car spawns
– A wood hut in the lower west region of the lake
– A wood hut in the north east region of the lake
– A huge apartments complex with some garages and car spawns
– A corner store
– A Laundromat

How to check compatibility with other map mods:
Navigate in the mod folder of the map you already installed:
Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent108600 MOD ID mods MOD NAMEmediamaps MAP NAME
and look for a file with a .lotheader extension. If you have a file named 41_23.lotheader or 41_24.lotheader, it means the mod uses the same cells as my mod does (41×23 and 41×24) and the two mods are therefore not compatible.
