History:
The first traces of life on the territory of Modena date from the Paleolithic, whose statuettes of the time were found. The foundations of the city date back to around the 6th century BC. BC, when the area was occupied by the Etruscans, who baptized the city "Mutina". The city passed into the hands of various tribes, then under the power of the Roman Empire (183 BC), which gave great confidence to Mutina.
