FreeRotation
Enables smooth and free rotation for the Tactical camera
This is partial "port" of the Free Camera Rotation mod for XCOM 2, made by wasteland_ghost.
Only included feature is (slightly redesigned) free camera rotation functionality.
With the mod installed camera can be smoothly rotated left/right with Q and E keys, speed of the rotation is set in XComCamera.ini provided by the mod. Additionally Left Control can be held to slow the rotation to 0.25 speed and Left Shift can be held to double the rotation speed.
