Description:

NOTICE! This is a mod for the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod. This mod does nothing for AoE2 itself. You need the "Independent Architecture" DAT mod to see an effect. Make sure this mod has a higher priority than Independent Architecture as well.

HOW TO USE :

1) Subscribe to Saint_Michaels’ Independant Architecture http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=893953860&searchtext=
2) Subscribe to this mod
3) In your mod manager, put [IA] Mongolian Architecture for Independant Mod with highest priority, then followed by Independant Architecture mod
4) When in the lobby, in the game version selection, select Independant Architecture dataset

This mod is compatible with other graphic mods that use Independant Architecture.

YOU CAN FIND A VERSION WHICH DOESN’T WORK WITH INDEPENDANT ARCHITECTURE, TO CHANGE THE REGULAR CENTRAL EUROPE SET, BY FOLLOWING THIS LINK => http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=944599798

CREDITS :

The majority of the set is taken from Age of Realms : Barracks and Siege Workshop were made by monsterslayer, the rest of the buildings by TriRem.

My contribution :
– Castle, castle houses, castle tower, imperial tower, bomb tower, castle archery range, all markets
– I add two frames for the castle propeller’s mill which had 8 frames instead of ten. Just like the spanish set I published.

ISSUES AND PROJECTS :
– TC Pillars needs to be changed
– There’s no shadows for the castle
– The castle mill … well, it obviously needs to be changed …
– Castle houses … Maybe what I made wasn’t great at all …
– There’s no new walls

So … I’ll stop posting new IA set for now. Maybe (just maybe), I will think of something for Celts … But in the meantime, I’m gonna fix those I already posted, cause there’s a lot to optimize !

HOW TO MAKE IT WORK FOR HUNS :
– In game, in the mod manager, open this mod’s folder (named 942025029), then go to "resources", "_common", "slp"
– In this folder, you should have a list of slp files named 33XXX, copy all of them, then put them in another folder of your computer, then rename all you copied files as 27XXX (replace 33 by 27). Cut all your renamed files, then put them in the original folder with your 33XXX files.
– The mod should now works for both Huns and Mongols.
