Currently a WIP…

Both Europe (4x) and US (7x) open wagons now have the ability to be a specific single cargo type.
Adds 4 extra wagons for each.

Coal (4x and 7x)
Grain (4x and 7x)
Iron (4x and 7x)
Stone (4x and 7x)

I don’t guarantee any continued updates or to include any other cargo vehicles.
