Damage on ALL skills increased. Damage increased more on lesser used skills such as pummel, chain snare, and wolfstrike (doubled in some cases). Damage increased less on more common skills such as Raze and Ravage (+33%).
Eviscerate – +100% dot damage
Raze – +33%
Pummel – +100% explosion damage
Wolfstrike – +75%
Ravage – +40%
Permafrost – +100% dot damage
Geysers -+100% ice and fire damage
Frost Breath – +150%
Chain Snare – +150%
Shadow Burst – +100%
Other changes:
Ice Shield: Nerfed heavily. Now starts at 25% chance to reflect instead of 50%. Duration increased to 20, 25, 30, and 35 seconds depending on tier.
Stormclaw: Now hits target in addition to jumping from target. Gains 2 additional jumps at level 15. Procs less often for more damage. Range of jumps increased. Now lasts 5 minutes.
Wolfpack: Mana cost decreased across the board. Wolves hit multiple targets at all levels. Tier bonuses now increase the number of wolves at all tiers. Damage per wolf unchanged.
Wolfshade: Now summons 2 wolves, 3 wolves at level 10. Now lasts 2, 4, 6, and 8 minutes depending on tier. Now gains a large attack speed buff per level.
Storm Hatchets: Throws 3, 5, 7, and 9 hatchets depending on tier. Now pierces target.
Executioner: Now gains 3% execute chance and 5 focus per level.
Red Wolf: Range of proc increased from 3 to 4 yards.
