darker vampiric weather
this was requested a while ago from my wh1 mod. it changes all the bright vampire weathers to a darker affect.
it not to dark that you can’t see unit details as seen in screenshot above.
the results may be different depending on your graphic settings.
also something i noticed about screen glare it might make it look darker with sunny weather during the day
Added a night snow weather to dark elves and thunderstorm to high elves ulthuan

shouldn’t have any compatibility problems with any other mods.
