This mod changes the Upkeep increase per army (Supply lines) of all difficulties to 5%.

Warhammer 2 Vanilla values were:

Easy: 1%
Normal: 2%
Hard: 7%
Very Hard 15%
Legendary: 15%

Save game compatible.
