Description:

A simple minimod that fixes some wastelands and allows you to include them into your empire. It only allows you to color these territories on the map, nothing else.

1. Prologe

As we all know, the Imperator: Rome’s map is today one of the most detailed representation of the ancient world we have ever seen on any strategic game. The designers have done a great job filling millions of square kilometers with thousands of territories. Most of these territories are habitable, but there are some uninhabitables (mountains, deserts, jungles, or mangroves) that can be integrated to your empire once your nations owns more than half of the adjacent provinces.

Nonetheless, with the development of the game, some of these uninhabitable territories are no longer able to be colored in, although they should be, causing minor bordergores and ballsy name placement. This minimod is dedicated to fix that.

2. Development
Update 1: Sinai & Eastern Desert

The first update of the mod allows you to integrate to your country the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula and the Eastern Desert of Egypt. (details and discuss)

Update 2: India

The second update is focusing on India and allows you to integrate the Chattisgarh Jungle in the heart of the subcontinent and the Sundarbans Mangroves in the delta of the river Ganges. (details and discuss)

Update 3: Tarim Basin (coming soon)

The third update will fix some wastelands in the Northeast part of the map.

3. Compatibility

It is totally compatible with your save games.

The minimod introduces slight changes in the seas around the Sinai Peninsula (not the land). It is fully compatible with version 1.4.2 of the original game.

It may not be compatible with other modifications that change the map of the provinces (provinces.bmp file).

4. Gratitude

If you are grateful for this minimod do not forget to rate, share and add it to Favorite and your Collection. That will help more people get to know it.

If you have some problem, commentary, suggestion or just something to say about it, you are welcome.
