Welcome to Crystal Waters Isle. The owner wants you to build a theme park on the island. Some of the builds can’t been removed. So good luck on this tropical island.

Scenario:
• Have at least 4 coasters in your park with an excitement rating of 60.0 or above
• Have at least 620 guests in your park
• Have no loan debts
• Have an overall park rating of at least 85%
