Base Agents Gain XP Standalone
Agents back at base gain XP equal to what the Agents that went on the mission got.
…by default. In the mod’s XComGame.ini (found in a path like steamappsworkshopcontent8821002076612852), you can edit this so it’s only 50% of what agents on a mission earned.
