This mod adds six new, assorted items to the game, each doing various things.
There is no specific theme to this itempack, just a collection of items I thought would be interesting.

For those who want to know what the items do before installing.
Adam’s Apple
Knowledge of the Serpent
– Found in Angel Rooms and Golden Chests
– Greatly increases the chance to find Devil, Death and Joker cards
– Removes the chance to find Angel Rooms
Amblyopia
Lazy Eye
– Found in Treasure Rooms and the Boss Rush
– Every third tear fired will be shot at an off angle
– Synergizes with some multi-tear upgrades, like 20/20 and Inner Eye
Black Egg
Ninjitsu
– Found in Treasure Rooms and Golden Chests
– 5 second recharge
– When used, teleports the player to the opposite side of the room
– Confuses enemies in the room depending on their proximity to the player
Crown of Caesar
Et tu, Brute?
– Found in Treasure Rooms and Boss Rooms
– Prevents Isaac from being damaged directly from the front
– Isaac recieves double damage if hit from behind
Gene Shuffle
All Stats Up?
– Found in Boss Rooms and the Boss Rush
– Randomly increases Speed, Tears, Damage, and Shot Speed
– The stat increase changes in each room
Silas’s Cuffs
Earthquake
– Found in Treasure Rooms and the Boss Rush
– When Isaac is hit, a plus-shaped shockwave will sometimes fire out, dealing damage to enemies and breaking rocks and objects
