Combination of the following Mods:
MINOS Better Army Compilations and Recruitment
MINOS Better Chaos Invasion
MINOS Better Climate
MINOS Lower Agents Cap
MINOS Better Beastmen and Savages Hordes
MINOS Better Diplomacy Submod
Keep in Mind, all Mods together, make the AI Factions act more loreful, not more sandboxy!
For less loreful, but more Sandbox, do not use the Climate and Diplomacy Mods!
