No Barrack Penalty
barracks are now bedrooms. be a raider colony, without penalty.
buffed version includes no penalty for an awful bedroom, starting at decent for bonuses and +1 per tier,
and wondously impressive bedrooms giving +8.
Updated for 1.1 flawlessly, with 1.0 easily supported!
My mods are open-source; use them as a base, but please inform me in any way about updating my mods directly onto the workshop. I hope you can work on them further if so.
