More Skill Points
Gives more skill points instead of 2 per level for all agents & generals. Some levels are still only 2 per level but when you get to the final level you can max out all skills!
Affects the player & the AI.
This is save game compatible but it works best with a new game.
A general gets +2 points for the first 2 levels, after that they get +3 (charlemagne gets +2 for the first 4 levels).
Army traditions get +3 points strait away and +4 on the final level.
