Low Steal Pego
A replacement Pegomastax, this one reduces the amount and range of things that a wild pegomastax wil steal.
This one will now only take one of the following:
1) up to 20 berries or vegetables from a stack
2) up to 5 meat or fish or cooked meat or fish from a stack
3) 1 prime or cooked prime meat or fish
Once tamed it will steal whole stacks of anything from targets, as long as there is weight capacity in it’s inventory (stops when it reaches 85% of maximum weight) Behavior is controlled as per the original by the "Pick Pocket" settings.
Once installed this mod will spawn new instances of the replacement, but will not replace already existing instances. If you want to replace all current instances, the only way I know is to DestroyWildDinos (see wiki[ark.gamepedia.com] This will remove ALL wild dinos on the map, allowing new ones to spawn in, so use this command carefully and at your own risk!
This is a dinosaur replacing mod. It will substitute an alternative Pegomastax dino for the original. It will not work with other mods which change the same dino, nor with any mod which checks for exact class matches. It does however derive from the original class, so type hierarchy checks and casts should work.
To manually spawn an instance for testing or other purposes follow the standard procedure (see wiki[ark.gamepedia.com]) using the blueprint path:
For example:
Will spawn a level 10 dino 500cm from you in the direction you are looking.
- Basic behaviour seems to be as expected.
Please report bugs below. I am also interested in feature requests, but bear in mind this is intended to be a "simple" replacement to remove annoyances 🙂
