根据帝国祭礼锻造那个mod制作的，我只是稍加修改。
黑暗精灵现在可以掉落，缴获任意阵营的装备（可以缴获其他阵营传奇领主的神器）
原mod添加了随从，我删除了，避免一场仗掉落十几个辣鸡随从的情况。
为了游戏性，没有改成全阵营，要不各种特色装备烂大街了。
It was made based on the mod for O6OPMOT’s Rites&Crafting for the Empire, I just modified it slightly.
dark elves can now drop and seize equipment of any camp (you can seize artifacts of legendary lords of other camps)
The original mod added minions, and I deleted them to avoid the situation of dropping a dozen spicy chicken minions in a battle.
For the sake of gameplay, it has not been changed to the whole camp, or the various features and equipment are bad.
