Playable Cut Government Types
This mod attempts to restore the cut government types that we all know and love from CK2. I have re added in Merchant Republics, Theocracies, and Nomads to the game.
**NOTE**: This mod DOES NOT place Nomads on the map, that will come with the greater project I am working on, this simply just adds the government type and holding.
