Six Flags New Orleans. The restoration of an abandoned park.
Back in 2005 Hurricane Katrina effectively killed off Six Flags New Orleans, or (Jazzland). I have restored the park in Planet Coaster as accurately as the game allows.
Check out the park, ride the six coasters. Check out Cajun Country, Mardi Gras, or Looney Tunes Adventures.
The park features all but just two of the original park rides. ("Bayou Blaster" and "Tweety’s Tweehouse" don’t have equivalent rides in the game). Using satellite, historic, and current photos as reference, each area was recreated in the game with painstaking detail.
"SimEx Pirates" and "Jocco’s Mardi Gras Madness" are meant to be dark rides, check them out at night. These two rides use some artistic licence. Sorry "SpongeBob Squarepants" the ride was restored to its pirate history.
Relive a park which has been closed for a decade.
