НПП "Пульсар" – научно-производственный центр, специализирующийся на производстве изделий СВЧ-электроники на основе кремния, кремний-германия и широкозонных полупроводниковых материалов.
НПП «Пульсар» основан в 1953 году, постановлением Совета Министров СССР как первый в СССР отраслевой НИИ электронной промышленности для развития электроники в стране.
Первоначально целями образования НИИ были: разработка промышленных типов полупроводниковых приборов; проведение единой технической политики и создание научно-технической базы по
разработке и внедрению полупроводниковых приборов, в первую очередь, транзисторов, в производство.
Вплоть до 1990-х годов предприятие занималось изготовлением полупроводниковых диодов и транзисторов. Именно в лаборатории СВЧ-диодов НИИ «Пульсар» под руководством В. М. Вальд-Перлова был
разработан первый в СССР и в мире лавинно-пролётный диод.
В игре является заводом на 870 рабочих и 325 инженеров. Производит электродетали из химикатов, угля и пластика.

NPP "Pulsar" was founded in 1953 by the decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR as the first in the USSR branch research institute of the electronic industry for the development of electronics in the country.
Initially, the goals of the research institute were: development of industrial types of semiconductor devices; pursuing a unified technical policy and creating a scientific and technical base for
development and implementation of semiconductor devices, primarily transistors, in production.
Until the 1990s, the company was engaged in the manufacture of semiconductor diodes and transistors. It was in the laboratory of microwave diodes of the Research Institute "Pulsar" under the leadership of VM Wald-Perlov that the first avalanche-transit diode in the USSR and in the world was developed.
