ЦНИГРИ (TsNIGRI – Research Institute)
Центральный научно-исследовательский геологоразведочный институт цветных и благородных металлов (ЦНИГРИ) основан в 1935 году в целях обеспечения выполнения планов золотодобычи в стране.
Основные задачи института связаны с развитием и воспроизводством минерально-сырьевой базы алмазов, благородных и цветных металлов.
ЦНИГРИ создает научные основы прогноза, поисков, оценки и разведки месторождений, методы, методики и технологии проведения геологоразведочных работ. Разрабатывает модели месторождений, рудообразующих систем, прогнозно-поисковые комплексы основных геолого-промышленных типов месторождений. Издает методические руководства по оценке прогнозных ресурсов алмазов, золота, серебра, МПГ, никеля, меди, свинца и цинка.

The Central Scientific Research Geological Prospecting Institute for Non-Ferrous and Precious Metals (TsNIGRI) was founded in 1935 to ensure the implementation of gold mining plans in the country.
The main tasks of the Institute are related to the development and reproduction of the mineral resource base of diamonds, noble and non-ferrous metals.
TsNIGRI creates the scientific basis for forecasting, prospecting, evaluation and exploration of deposits, methods, techniques and technologies for conducting geological exploration. Develops models of deposits, ore-forming systems, predictive and prospecting complexes of the main geological and industrial types of deposits. Publishes methodological guidelines for assessing the probable resources of diamonds, gold, silver, PGM, nickel, copper, lead and zinc.
