This is a english translation submod for the Councillor Advisor chinese mod that adds in council slots for power vassals that give you +2 to all stats per advisor slot you have filled.
You require the chinese mod for this to work properly.
As a Note: it is not save game compatible a new save is required for this to function correctly.
